The Wolverines speed clinic is our introductory speed clinic that gives both young and old athletes the opportunity to learn the FUNdamentals of being a better athlete. We focus on drills, techniques and movements that give athletes a sound understanding of what they need to MAXIMIZE their performance and become a more explosive athlete! This includes body posture, running/jumping form, angles, strong core, balance and breathing which are all directly connected to both Linear and Multi-Directional Speed. All slammed packed into an energy filled hour of FUN!
The Kodiak Speed Clinics is a level up from our Wolverines speed clinic.
There are many scientifically based FUNdamentals that contribute to the art of running FASTER. For example: * Utilizing proper body position & sprinting form. * Implementing a training regimen that improve muscle recruitment. * Efficient and effective usage of ATP/ADP and breathing patterns, to generate MAXIZED POWER!! Our “MAXIMZED Speed Clinics” are structured around these principles and we utilize them during energized training sessions. Coach Fly Brings a high energy style of coaching not only propels athletes to their maximal performance it also gives them an opportunity to have fun doing it! This class is our intermediate course which adds a more competitive element to each session than our Wolverines Speed Clinic.

The Lions Speed clinic is our advanced level speed clinic that gives older athletes the opportunity to improve on their FUNdamentals of being an elite athlete.
